GAINESVILLE, FL- Mississippi State Athletic Director Scott Stricklin is expected to be named to the same position at the University of Florida at a Tuesday press conference.
It was widely reported last week that Stricklin was offered a deal that nearly tripled the value of his current deal with MSU.
Stricklin is from Starkville, MS and is a Mississippi State alum.
Stricklin is expected to take over immediately with long time Florida AD Jeremy Foley expected to retire October 1.
