The Florida Gators were named a top eight seed for the NCAA Tournament during the selection show on Monday.
Florida (14-6) will host South Alabama (12-3-2) at 6:00 PM at Dizney Stadium in first round action.
For Florida, this is the program’s 15th straight NCAA Tournament appearance and 21st overall (in 23 seasons).
South Alabama earned the automatic bid by defeating Coastal Carolina 5-0 in the Sun Belt Conference championship game on Sunday.
