Gators get a commitment prior to Spring Game

Florida Gators head coach Jim McElwain has landed a big tight end in the 2018 recruiting cycle.  Jalen Goss has committed to play football at Florida. 

Goss informed McElwain and Florida fans via Twitter just before the annual Orange and Blue Debut was set to kick off.

Goss is 6-5 and 250 pounds and plays high school football at Lowndes High in Valdosta, Georgia.

Goss has also gotten attention as a defensive and offensive line recruit.  Goss is a three star recruit per ESPN and 247.
