Report: Chip Kelly has signed contract, “ink has dried”

Buddy Martin is reporting via a Facebook live feed that Chip Kelly has signed the contract presented to him by UF officials.

Martin, citing a source (not his own words), says that “the ink has dried, and Chip Kelly is the Florida Gators head football coach.

Just hours earlier, Martin reported that UF officials were headed to meet Kelly “with contract in hand.”
