Washington D.C. – Florida overcame a four goal deficit for the third time this year to defeat Georgetown 16-11 and secure the 300th win of Amanda O’Leary’s coaching career.
Georgetown scored the first goal of the game less than forty seconds into the contest, and the Hoyas continued scoring from there, taking a 3-0 lead 5:15 into the match.
The Gators trailed 8-4 late in the first half, but a Grace Haus score moved the Gators to within three at half.
