Florida junior Kelly Barnhill was named the SEC Pitcher of the Week on Tuesday, the conference announced.

This marks the third time this season that Barnhill has earned the weekly honor and the eighth time in her career.

Barnhill led Florida to three wins this week including a five inning no-hitter against South Florida on Wednesday in midweek action. The no-hitter was the fifth (including a perfect game) of her season, which is the most by any pitcher in program history in one season.

For the week Barnhill finished with 34 strikeouts in 19 innings of work to improve to 14-1 on the season. Barnhill has thrown 9 complete game while striking out 154 in 92.2 innings this season.
