Billy Napier isn’t done in the transfer portal, yet. On Saturday, the Gators’ new head coach added to the secondary with the commitment of transfer CB Jalen Kimber. Kimber spent the last two years with the Georgia Bulldogs and announced his intention to transfer the day after UGA won their first national championship in 41 years.

Kimber was the No. 9 ranked cornerback in the 2020 recruiting class and committed to the Bulldogs all the way back in April of 2019. He attended Mansfield Timberview High School.
In his time at Georgia, he has only played in three games and made a total of three tackles. Kimber has three years of eligibility remaining.
Kimber is the fourth transfer that Napier has added since taking over the Florida program.
