The sixth seed gives the Gators hosting rights as Jacksonville, Notre Dame, and Mercer will join Florida at Donald R. Dizney Stadium.
Florida (16-3) will be making their twelfth straight NCAA appearance and will open play vs Jacksonville (12-7) Friday at 4:00 PM.
The winner will face the game two winner between the Fighting Irish (13-5) and Bears (17-2) on Sunday.
The Gators defeated Jacksonville 16-11 in a regular season meeting in April.
