Florida DT Caleb Brantley declares for NFL Draft

Another day, another Gator defender leaving early. This time it’s defensive tackle Caleb Brantley making the jump.

Brantley wrote an exclusive letter via SECCountry.com thanking head coach Jim McElwain and describing the adversity he has overcome.

Brantley now has a chance to live his childhood dream as an NFL player. Brantley is ranked the third best defensive tackle in the 2017 draft. He is also ranked as the twenty fifth best overall player in the draft.

Brantley finishes his Florida career with 5.5 sacks and 20.5 tackles for loss.
