The Florida Gators have received the commitment of 2018 safety Randy Russell. Russell is a three-star prospect from Opa Locka, FL according to 24/7 sports.

Russell is a 5-11, 180 lb prospect who was previously committed to Miami, but decommitted from Hurricanes on June 6.
Russell is the #46 safety in the 2018 class and the #92 prospect from Florida. He attended Friday Night Lights last night.
