
The Florida Gators announced the non-conference portion of the 2022-23 men’s basketball schedule Tuesday.
New head coach Todd Golden will lead the team through six home games at Exactech Arena in addition to a slew of road and neutral site contests.
Florida will open the 2022-23 season on Monday, November 7 against Stony Brook in a matchup that will open a three game homestand to begin the season. The team will then travel to Tallahassee to face the rival Seminoles before heading to Portland, Oregon for the Phil Knight Legacy Tournament.
Following the Phil Knight Legacy Tournament, the Gators will return to Gainesville for a three game homestand that includes a matchup with UCONN on December 7. Florida will then compete in the Jumpman Invitational in Charlotte on December 20 before opening SEC play.
It was previously announced that Florida will take on Kansas State in the SEC / Big XII Challenge on January 28, 2023.
